The West Point City Council met for their November meeting in Council Chambers Tuesday night. City Administrator Tom Goulette says the council considered a request from Franciscan Healthcare to share in replacement costs of Farragut Street from Walnut Street to Decatur Street….
Goulette also provided an update on the Rivermist Subdivision Project following the meeting, saying that they’re starting to see structures go up.
The council went into closed session for Real Estate matters, and Goulette says the city is looking at buying some land north of the Rivermist Subdivision to build a new cemetery due to limited space at Mount Hope Cemetery.
