David L. Reeson, 74, of Fremont, NE, passed away, October 19, 2026, at his home.
He was born December 2, 1951, in West Point, NE, to Glenn and Lorraine (Kluthe) Reeson. He graduated from West Point Central Catholic in 1970. David worked for IBP in West Point. He married Sally Mevert in 1973 in West Point and they later divorced. David was a volunteer paramedic in West Point. For the last 15 years, David has lived in Fremont.
He is survived by his sons, Ryan (Tomomi) Reeson of Scribner, NE, Todd (Jennifer) Reeson of Omaha, and Chad (Ryleigh) Reeson of Elkhorn, NE; brothers, Michael (Rhonda) Reeson of West Point, NE and Robert Reeson of Omaha; sisters, Carol (Rodney) Gustafson of Waverly, NE, and Patricia (Alan) Edwards of Omaha; and 9 grandchildren.
David was preceded in death by his parents; and sister in law, Cheryl Reeson.
