Appointment of a new police officer, Ryan Eddy to the Blair Police Department -, and a resolution approving Jim Skinner and Toni McIntosh as new members of the Blair Volunteer Fire and Rescue department are on the agenda this coming Tuesday evening for the Blair City Council. Consideration of installing security cameras at the Water Treatment Plant, the Wastewater Treatment Plant and at the Blair Optimist Park are also on that agenda. A public hearing regarding a rezoning request by Rizer, originally planned for the Tuesday meeting has been moved to June 23rd. This coming Tuesday’s Blair City Council meets at 7pm in City Council Chambers at 218 South 16th street.
