Two Hooper residents were arrested on Drug Charges Thursday evening.
According to a Press Release from the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office, 50-year old Albert Weichman was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Deliver, Possession of Methamphetamine 28-139 grams, Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Deliver, Possession of a Controlled Substance (Oxycodone Hydrochloride), Possession of Marijuana over One Ounce Less than One Pound, Possession of a Firearm during the Commission of a Felony, and Possession of a Firearm by a Prohibited Person.
40-year old Latasha McKay was arrested on the same charges except Alprazolam for the Controlled Substance.
The two were arrested after Deputies conducted a court-authorized search warrant shortly after 5:00 p.m. at the residence located in the 200 block of West Fulton Street following an ongoing narcotics investigation.
Both were transported to the Dodge County Jail pending formal charges.
The investigation remains ongoing. Additional charges may be filed pending review by the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office.
