A 32-year old Manning, Iowa man was arrested on Wednesday for allegedly sexually assaulting a child in rural Dodge County on April 3rd.
According to a Press Release from the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office, Paul Bissen was taken into custody on an active warrant for 1st Degree Sexual Assault of a Child, Incest (Under 18 Years of Age), and Child Abuse with the assistance of the Lincoln Police Department.
Bissen was transferred to the Dodge County Jail.
Investigators worked with the Manning Police Department and Project Harmony during the Investigation.
The investigation remains ongoing with the assistance of several agencies.
