Providing families with assistance for rent and helping to keep lights on and in heating homes, the Salvation Army of Washington County has seen a marked increase in the number people that need help – due to high prices in nearly every aspect of raising a family. Over three thousand dollars expended last month, more expected with the onset of cold weather.
