With the cooler temperatures settling in, something nice and warm for dinner is appealing. The Oakland Fire and Rescue Department is having a Chili Feed Sunday from 11am to 1:30 pm at 500 North Oakland Avenue – if you’re not fond of chili, Chicken Noodle soup will be available. It’s part of Fire Prevention Awareness. Demonstrations and Activities are planned as well. A free-will donation will be appreciated.
