Community Connection Back to School Night will take place on Wednesday 4-6pm at Midtown Health, located at 303 Plaza Drive in West Point. Kim Kwapnioski talks about the services Midtown Health will offer during the event.

Stacia Stokely from Franciscan Healthcare highlights the services and there will be prizes and giveaways during the event.
