July 17, 2026 (Norfolk, Neb.) — Weather permitting, temporary concrete work will be done on the intersection of US-Highway 275 (US-275) and Nebraska Highway 15 (N-15) starting next week, according to the Nebraska Department of Transportation. Hawkins Construction, of Omaha, is the contractor for this project. Work includes paving the original median with temporary pavement. Traffic may be slowed due the restricted work area. Flaggers may also be in use for this area. A 12-foot width restriction will be in effect. Work is anticipated to last a week. Motorists are reminded to drive cautiously in and near work zones, to buckle up, and put phones down.
