An on-call agreement with Houston Engineering for Flood Regulations and FEMA Assistance is on the agenda for the Blair City Council when it meets Tuesday night, as well as approval of a new member of the Blair Volunteer Fire Department. The City Council will also award a bid for this year’s Mill and Overlay project. That meeting starts at 7pm in City Council Chambers at 218 South 16th Street in Blair.
