Tuesday night just before 9, Norfolk Police officers responded to the Walmart on West Pasewalk Avenue for a reported of a 15-year-old boy who had been assaulted. Arriving officers found the victim who was bleeding from the face. Multiple witnesses said three males showed up at the location and assaulted the victim. Officers were shown video of the the assault showing the assailants kicking the victim while he was on the ground. The 15-year-old victim was taken to a hospital where he was found to have a fractured facial bone and possible concussion. Officers identified two of the suspects and arrested them. They are both 18 year olds – Oscar Duenas Jr., of Norfolk, and Selvin Quintanilla Segundo, of Crete. TheY were both charged with suspicion of first degree assault and taken to jail.
