June 25, 2026 (Norfolk, Neb.) — Work is expected to begin on Saturday on the railroad crossing on Highway 75 from reference post 183.58 to reference post 184.28, according to the Nebraska Department of Transportation.
BNSF Railway will be installing new crossing signals over southbound lanes of traffic on US-75 beginning at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday. Southbound lanes will be closed from Atokad Road to Broadway Ave. Work is expected to be complete at 5:30 a.m. on Sunday.
Motorists are reminded to drive cautiously in and near work zones, to buckle up, and put phones down.
