Highway 94 Shutdown is happening in Pender this weekend. Connor Fillipi, President of the Betterment Group, says things kick off on Friday with some events on Main Street.
Fillipi says the concert is pay cash at the gate.
He adds there will be Fireworks at 10:00 Friday night as well.
