On Wednesday, just after 5:45 a.m., officers with the Norfolk Police Division were dispatched
to the 900 block of Riverfront Road for a report of a suspicious male looking into windows and exposing
himself.
Upon arrival, an officer located a male matching the description in a narrow area between two buildings.
The male was observed looking into an apartment window and attempted to flee when contacted by
police. The officer identified himself and ordered the male to stop, at which point the male returned and
surrendered.
The male was identified as 40-year old Eberardo Olguin Olguin, of Norfolk. During the investigation, officers
determined Olguin Olguin did not have permission to be at the window or to look inside the residence.
Officers also reviewed video evidence that showed Olguin Olguin exposing himself while looking into
the window.
Olguin Olguin was arrested for disturbing the peace, a Class III misdemeanor, and public indecency, a
Class II misdemeanor. He was housed in the Norfolk City Jail and later transferred to the Madison
County Jail.
