Burwell Rodeo Produces Standout Weekend as Hawkins, Wells, Heath Lead Deep Fields


BURWELL — The weekend rodeo in Burwell featured strong depth across both days of competition, with multiple repeat winners and all-around standouts emerging May 2–3.

Saturday saw Annie Hawkins (Arthur) claim the girls all-around title, while Kanin Heath (Minden) led the boys standings. Sunday shifted to Remi Wells (Central City) and Cotter Johnston (Stapleton) topping the all-around categories.
