The Dakota-Thurston County Fair is being held now through Sunday in South Sioux City. Fair Manager Lisa Bousquet says lots of things are planned for Thursday.
Bousquet says there will be free food and racing on Friday.
Bousquet says a full day is planned for Saturday.
